A lot of people donʼt know this. You can go really, really intense— more intense than you think you can—that is where you need to be. Obviously, don’t stare into the sun if it’s directly overhead. You’re going to blind yourself. And you can also do fifteen minutes in the evening when the sun is setting, to try to tell the body, “Hey, it’s becoming nighttime” because as the sun starts to go down, the sky turns these pretty orange and pink etcetera colors. So every time you drink a glass of wine your body’s going to
start to not be able to burn fat efficiently when using male supplements. So

Yeah, well in the 1960s this company called YF
Pharmaceuticals invented this little cute little pill called Premarin. And that
was their solution to this whole problem. And so they sold a lot of Premarin
for a long time, and that was a very high potency synthetic form of estrogen.
So it kind of works in a way in that it alleviates a lot of symptoms.
Obviously, most women don’t want to take high potency synthetic estrogen
anymore because it was also shown to be extremely dangerous, increasing your
risk of heart disease, cancer, everything you can imagine, even brain related
problems. So that’s kind of off the table. I think for most women these days
since all the time with true supplements.

 

The research on supplements 
has come out in the last maybe 10, 15 years. So that leaves you with a
couple of options. One is you can try to figure out if your estrogen levels are
declining because of stress, which is the most common thing that we see in
women in their 40s. And like you said, women aren’t supposed to stop their
period at 42. They should be having typically a cycle until ages 45 to 55,
depending on their family history and what not. So many, many times if we do an
adrenal program and we correct the adrenal glands we can get a restoration of
estrogen levels of women in their 40s.

 

And that’s great because they don’t have to take any
estrogen. And boom, it’s problem solved with a good adrenal test, and adrenal
program. And then in other cases you can use if you have to—and this is
relatively rare—you can use some of these plant-based products to help mitigate
estrogen.
